LA_STEVX computes selected eigenvalues and, optionally,
the corresponding eigenvectors
of a real symmetric tridiagonal matrix 
. Eigenvalues and
eigenvectors can be selected by specifying either a range of values
or a range of indices for the desired eigenvalues.
