XPVM Console

Graphical PVM console which will allow you to:

• Manage the virtual machine -- add/delete hosts, reset
• Spawn and kill tasks
• Visualize an application running

XPVM graphically displays trace data generated by the pvmds and tasks allowing you to see:

• Spawn calls
• Task-task messages
• Task-task signals

Trace data is generated by the system automatically, can also be generated by the application

Tracing is normally switched off for maximum performance but can be enabled dynamically without recompiling or even restarting the application
