A set of MATLAB codes are available from R. Lehoucq. Eventually,
we plan to collect all software at the homepage of the project.
An MPI based
implementation of a BIRAM written in ANSI C is part of the ANASAZI
software. This code will be released by R. Lehoucq.
Must be fixed by the time of publication, otherwise, we just
omit this section.
