This is the home of the Electronic Journal of Performance Evaluation and Modelling for Computer Systems (PEMCS), which went public at Supercomputing'96 in Pittsburgh.
This Web site was launched in the spring of 1997 and journal papers started to be put up on it in the fall of 1997.
Overall, the journal aims to promote
high quality, peer reviewed, original scientific papers alongside review
articles
and short notes on the Web.
