a 2D finite element mesh generator and Delaunay triangulator

abstract

Triangle generates exact Delaunay triangulations, constrained Delaunay
triangulations, and quality conforming Delaunay triangulations. The latter can
be generated with no small angles, and are thus suitable for finite element
analysis.
