This is my first message on netlib.
I'm looking for (proven, in some sense) code (with description in some journal paper) for simulated annealing, tabu search and ga's in that priority. Hybrid algorithms are o.k.
I'm looking for code that need not be the most recent, but should be reliable (in some sense). We want to recompile, test and use it under Win '95 / NT in cunjunction with SAS.
Any suggestions are welcome.
