I've tried compiling LAPACK++ and CLAPACK using Borland
C++ v4.5 under both WindowsNT4.0 and Windows3.11 as I'm
developing some Finite Element software and have found the
lapack invaluable on my unix box.

No joy under Borland though and I was wondering how it's
done - if at all.
