Hi, folks,
I'm in a rush to solve a multi-variate nonlinear minimization
problem(with linear equality and inequality constraints). I
browsed through netlib, seems it doesn't provide routines
in C to solve my problem. Can anybody give me a hint
where I can locate such code?
