Since CLAPACK is just a c conversion of fortran code, all the reference
materials available for LAPACK should apply to CLAPACK.
All we have available (that I know of) in the way of documentation
are in the CLAPACK and LAPACK directories. You may
also want to mail lapack@cs.utk.edu and see if they have any other
pointers...
