I am looking for a package to find a zero of very large scale non-linear sparse systems. Hompack or Minpack seems to be a candidate. But Can they handle problem size in the order of one millium? One thing I like minpack is that it doesn't require users to supply the Jacobian. Are there any other package available to do this type of thing? Thanks.
