Does anyone know where I can get a Simplex algorithm
in FORTRAN77 double precision?
I checked out the netlib files

but, instead of software, they contain the following
message:
"Sorry, I only got up to algorithm 100 before getting stalled trying
to learn why our PDF works with Acrobat 2.0 but reportedly not for
Acrobat 1.0. Probably we won't get to 293 until later in the summer.
