Hello,
I have read the Netlib FAQ but it seems vague about copyright
of Netlib programs. Is there one single set of copyright
rules governing Netlib, or do users have to negotiate
copyrights with authors on a per-case basis?
What I;m wondering is, can I include a piece of code from
Netlib into a commerical software? Or is that question not
answerable here -- do I need to contact the author?
