I appended port3/src/p3examps/p3examps.toc to /netlib/portP/ex/index
(after someone complained that port/ex had no example for n2f),
changing p3examp.toc's FFTA, FFTC, and XKTH to FTRA, FTRC, and XKT
(the names that they for some reason have in portP/ex).  This
leaves the following, which are not among the examples we include
in the Port distribution tapes:
