To use DSI, one should enable the DSI feature both at the NetSolve client
and the server. Type
UNIX> ./configure --with-ibp=IBP_DIR
during the initial configure of NetSolve. Here IBP_DIR denotes the location
of the IBP directory. This is specifically the directory of the IBP full
distribution downloadable from the IBP web site
