Subject: references
I asked, a week or so ago, about references on differentiating
matrix operators. Two good looking ones that have come my way
and appear to be worth sharing are:
Kronecker Products and Matrix Calculus: with Applications
	by Alexander Graham
Halsted Press / John Wiley & Sons
	ISBN 0-470-27300-3 or ISBN 0-85312-391-8
Some Applications of Matrix Derivatives in
Multivariate Analysis, Paul S. Dwyer, J. Amer. Stat. Assoc.
	V 62 (1967) 607-625.
