DSECND Using ETIME

DSECND returns nothing

DSECND Using the INTERNAL function ETIME.

DSECND Using INTERNAL function CPU_TIME.

DSECND Using ETIME_

Purpose:
  DSECND returns the user time for a process in seconds.
  This version gets the time from the EXTERNAL system function ETIME.
