Subject: [Lapack] zheevd failure

Attached please find an eigensystem that zheevd cannot handle (info = 81 is
returned). I tried this on a x86_64 linux server with gfortran and Pathscale
fortran, but it happens also e.g. with the Sun Performance library from
SunStudio.
