Sponsorship and Funding

This electronic journal is funded by HPCnet . The minimal funding pays for hardware resources, a systems administrator to run and maintain the Web server and a Web administrator/secretary to run the journal on a day-to-day basis.

The rest of the effort that goes into running the journal is provided gratis by the editors and referees - their time and effort is much appreciated.
