PEMCS publishes papers on a continual basis - i.e. as soon as a paper is peer reviewed and passed for publication by the Editors it is prepared and published on the Web. It is intended that every three months a list of new papers that have been published will be emailed to interested groups via a majordomo-based email list PEMCS@ecs.soton.ac.uk
